Dr. Zaharah Hussin is a Professor in the Department of Educational Foundation and Humanities, Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya (UM). Prior to her current position, she served as a secondary school teacher, SLAB tutor, lecturer, and senior lecturer at UM. She has also held various administrative roles at UM since joining as a lecturer in 1997. Her academic expertise lies in teacher training and educational research, particularly in Islamic Education, Curriculum Development, Values and Akhlak Education, philosophy of education, content analysis, Delphi techniques in research, model development, and qualitative research methods. Dr. Zaharah is actively involved in publishing articles in national and international journals, academic books, and presenting at conferences and webinars. Internationally, she has contributed significantly to UM's visibility through keynote/invited speaker appointments at international seminars and conferences. Nationally, she serves as an expert panel member for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and as a Standard Writer for Education

Muhammad Faizal A. Ghani is an academic in the Department of Educational Management, Administration, and Policy, Faculty of Education, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. His expertise lies in Educational Leadership, with a focus on Educational Management and Administration, as well as School Finance. He contributes to society by sharing his academic knowledge, skills, values, and professionalism through scholarly publications—having authored nine academic books and more than two hundred research articles. His latest book is entitled “School Leadership in the 21st Century.” In addition to his publications, Muhammad Faizal has been invited as a keynote and plenary speaker at various international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops. In the area of research, he serves as an evaluator of research proposals at his university and has secured international, private, and government research grants exceeding USD 80,000 for studies related to Effective Schools, Educational Leadership, School Finance, and Principalship.
